All items will be shipped via UPS.

Please assume a minimum processing time (from time of placement until order ships out)of 48 to 72 business hours (Monday-Friday). Fisherman’s Center does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  All shipments are subject to stock availability. 

Standard Shipping:  Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 days following shipment.
Second Day Air:  Estimated delivery by 5:00 PM two days following shipment.
Next Day Air:  Estimated delivery by 5:00 PM the day following shipment.

Calculating Ship Times:  The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the "Product Availability” time plus the Shipping Time for the delivery method you select.  

Over-sized packages which have dimensional weight charges applied will LIKELY incur additional freight charges - Items including, but not limited to:  fishing rods, gaffs, coolers, buckets, bait trays, tackle boxes/bags, boarding mats, & outriggers. Call for details.

Items of extreme weight - will incur additional shipping charges.

Orders being shipped to addresses outside the continental United States, including HI, AK, PR, call for shipping quote.  (Allow additional 1 - 2 days for delivery.)

If your shipping charge shows a $0.00 cost you MUST ASSUME that special shipping rates will apply and you should call 1-800-765-7637 for a shipping quote if you want the amount before your order is processed.

Orders including rods or gaffs WILL be subject to dimension weight charges for a protective rod shipping tube. 

Bait Orders All bait orders must be shipped UPS Priority Overnight with appropriated size cooler and dry ice.  All bait orders have an additional charge for cooler, dry ice and freight.    

Shipment Damaged or Lost

If the content of your shipping is damaged, please keep all of the original packaging with the contents.  Please call us and let us know so that we can submit a UPS Claims process.  If you have not received your package in the time allowed please call and we will track your package for you.  Please allow 3-5 business days to ship after your order has been received and processed.

Backorders

You will be informed via e-mail if your purchase is on backorder and will have the option to keep or decline your pending backorder.  If you wish to keep your backorder you will be notified on how long it will be until the product is available.  All custom or special orders take at least two weeks to ship.

To better communicate with our customers, it is extremely important to have correct e-mail address.  A phone number is optional but it is also an easier way of communication. 

International ShippingOrders being sent to international addresses will incur an additional charges.  Please call or e-mail for shipping quote.  All international shipping/handling charges are based on package size, weight, and destination. 

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from The Fisherman’s Center, please return it to us within 30 days of our ship date in its original packaging. Custom orders are exempt from return.

Refund will be issued back in the form of payment used on original receipt. Shipping and handling is not refundable.  All reels are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders will not be accepted for return. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty only and require items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Before returning an item, you must contact us for a Return Authorization code. Returns/Exchanges without authorization will not be accepted.  Returns/Exchanges after 30 days of original receipt will not be accepted.  All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition.   An online store credit or refund will be given for the value of the returned product; we do not reimburse for shipping and handling. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient and not The Fisherman’s Center.

We recommend using UPS or FedEx when returning an item so the item can be traced in case it gets delayed or lost.   The Fisherman’s Center assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen returned items.
